• Lead and manage a team of engineers responsible for developing a method for 3D layout designs in manufacturing facilities.

• Develop and implement strategies to improve production processes through efficient 3D layout designs using software tools like Teamcenter, NX Line Designer, and EasyPlan

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of 3D layout designs into existing manufacturing operations.

• Oversee the design and implementation of 3D layout plans for production lines and facilities.

• Develop and implement innovative methods for 3D layout planning to enhance efficiency and productivity.

• Define and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to 3D layout design efficiency, such as space utilization, workflow optimization, and cost savings.

• Conduct regular reviews and analysis of 3D layout KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to facility layout design.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred

• 10+ years of core manufacturing experiences in the automotive industry

• 5+ years of Digital 3D Layout experiences in Auto or Aerospace industry.

• Proficiency in software tools such as Teamcenter, NX Line Designer, and EasyPlan for 3D layout design

• Experience in handling large volume of data from supplier and plant scan.

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
