Technical Skills

· Proficiency in automating BIOS and driver updates using Windows Update for Business with update rings to ensure technology operates optimally and reduces the need for IT support

· Experience configuring and managing Windows 365.

· Experience managing devices with Autopilot

· Strong proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, or Python for automation and system management tasks

· Familiar with using the MS Graph

· Experience deploying Windows computers using Autopilot and iOS devices using Apple Automated device Enrollment

· General understanding of Microsoft Config Manager

· Experience with Windows application Development (C#/WPF/UWP

Key Responsibilities:

· Design, implement, and manage Windows & iOS client configurations using Intune.

· Maintain client Wi-Fi configurations to ensure secure and reliable client connectivity.

· Collaborate with security teams to implement conditional access policies.

· Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Windows & iOS client engineering.

· Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Qualifications:

· Experience with Windows & iOS device management using Intune.

· Strong background in Windows & iOS client Wi-Fi engineering.

· Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, Entra, and conditional access.

· Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

· Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
