The Fixed Assets Analyst will be responsible for maintaining and managing the organization’s fixed assets. This role involves tracking asset acquisitions, transfers, and disposals, ensuring proper financial reporting, and supporting audits. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of accounting principles related to fixed assets.
Maintain the fixed asset register.
Perform reconciliations and calculate monthly depreciation.
Prepare and distribute asset activity reports.
Ensure compliance with policies and support audits.
Collaborate with various departments.
Develop and update asset management policies.
Perform ad hoc financial analysis.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
2-3 years of fixed asset accounting experience.
Proficiency in accounting software and Excel.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
