Ford Motor Company SAP FICO Functional Lead in Chennai, India
Configure and maintain SAP integration solutions across multiple systems. Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues as they arise. Develop and maintain technical documentation related to SAP integration solutions. Design, implement and deploy SAP solutions to achieve defined business goals. You will be involved in full cycles, large-scale and end-to-end projects
The core of the Role is Involvement in stabilizing the recently implemented SAP HANA. The other key roles are to provide support to users, work with the leadership and be a single point of contact for SAP FI & CO queries and activities.
Provide creative ideas/solutions to address RICEFW remediation towards clean code approach for smooth transition to SAP cloud platform
Lead functional consultants and team members to deliver business enhancements. Act as a leading member of project teams, delivering functionality to the business as needed.
Ensure a cross-sectional view of the business functional needs and correlation between the development of solutions and to met functional needs.
Develop and provide leadership during all phases of implementation - CRP's, Explore, testing and launch phases.
Build a strong core team of FICO consultants to manage implementation and production support
Provide a monitoring role in order to understand and anticipate trends in their area of expertise, and make appropriate recommendations in terms of developing best practices for the company.
Perform the configuration of modules according to the business needs and guide/ oversee team members configuration /design approach.
Demonstrate the ability to plan, run, and manage workshops/meetings with internal and external stakeholders
Adaptability and flexibility to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity and changes
Plan and personalize product line goals while maintaining global scalability and consistency
Any bachelor's Degree or equivalent computer science, Information Technology/Systems, Data Analytics or Engineering
10+ years of experience in various SAP FICO Implementation experience
3+ years of demonstrated Agile project delivery experience
3+ years of presenting and influencing business choices and direction at senior levels
Ability to be comfortable with ambiguity and proactive ability to gauge and address them
