Ford Motor Company Analyst - IT Supplier Operations & Connectivity Services in Chennai, India
The Ford Motor Company IT Supplier Operations & Connectivity Services team provides services, guidance and support to Ford IT Suppliers and Ford IT Project & Service teams in establishing supplier connectivity, obtaining technical support, and ensuring appropriate controls for suppliers working from an Offsite Delivery Center (ODC) and remotely. This is an exciting opportunity to work with Ford IT teams, Suppliers, Purchasing, Finance, EPEO and IT Leadership at all levels, globally, to ensure suppliers can readily access Ford environments to provide software development and maintenance services
Establish connectivity for new supplier ODC facilities
Establish new supplier engagements (projects)
Advise on technology and ensure security requirements are appropriately implemented
Drive resolution of connectivity issues
Manage day to day connectivity & operational issues
Coordinate technology migration initiatives
Eliminate Waste: Identify and implement improvement opportunities, including process simplification and automation
Technical:
Professional with IT background (BE/BTECH, IT Post Gratuate)
Hands-on with Networks, Remote Access Connectivity, and general IT Operations
Experience using Sharepoint, PowerApps, Alteryx or other tools for managing and automating processes and workflow
Soft:
Customer focused and continuous / process improvement mindset
Strong communication and inter-personal skills
Highly motivated self driven who can work with minimal supervision
Contributing team player
Quick learner; adaptable to change
