Professional Exposure
Must have Automotive manufacturing process exposure in Body Construction Engineering.
Exposure to sheet metal & Stamping knowledge.
Must have Process Simulate knowledge.
Exposure to CAD tools such as Team Center, Vis mockup, and eager to learn new virtual manufacturing tools.
Exposure to Body Construction Manufacturing Feasibility analysis is added advantage
Position Responsibilities
Lead & deliver Process Simulation activities for all regions based on the program milestone.
Guide Process Simulate team to achieve best in class output including Offline Line Programming.
Need to have knowledge in NX Line Designer to develop the optimum layout.
Must have basic knowledge in Auto Cad to modify / develop existing layout for Body Construction Engineering.
Should have exposure to Team Centre & Vis Mockup.
Lead to collect all the inputs required to process & program deliverables.
Must have good knowledge on BCE Bill of Process & sequence of operation - RSW / REVIT / FUSION/STUD.
Should have good knowledge on Body equipment – Tooling /All type Robots/Grippers/Sealing/ Stud weld/ Weld gun / timers.
Should have good exposure to NAAMS standard.
Should have knowledge on Ergonomics for manual operations.
Must have hands on experience in Body process simulation to achieve desired cycle time with line balancing for various Joining’s / Sealing.
Need to evaluate the GMR’s related to Process Simulate to meet compliance for each engineering milestone.
Need to deliver PSZ file as a package or Movie file as per the requirement.
Support & guide team during Underbody / Upper Body virtual build events.
Need regular connect with various stakeholder & participate in daily meetings to achieve the deliverables.
Prepare & share the program status.

Education Qualification : Degree/Diploma in Engineering (Mech/Prod/Auto)
Years of Experience : 27 Years (710 years if Diploma
