We have an opening for someone who can build on current experience to create tomorrow at Ford Motor Company. The Project Manager of the Enterprise Executive Leadership Development Program will shape and implement enterprise executive leadership development strategies and programs, working with company leaders, including C-Suite to understand development gaps and guide program design. Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required

  • 5+ years of project management experience preferably in a learning and development organization

  • 3+ years of experience in HR, Learning & Development, Leadership Development, professional/leadership coach or similar discipline

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required in Learning & Development, OD, HR, Education or a similar relevant educational or HR field would be preferred

  • 5+ years of project management experience preferably in a Learning and Development Leadership Program

  • Experience collaborating and influencing C-suite preferred

  • Experience leading and driving change on large scale, enterprise learning initiatives

  • Experience identifying and working with outside vendors and/or top universities in creating unique leadership development experiences

  • Proficiency with and broad understanding of technology enablers and the digital landscape

  • A well-networked subject matter expertise in personal effectiveness, leadership development, and business acumen

  • Knowledge of and proven application of current trends in learning technologies and agile methodology preferred
