In this position...

We are looking for a dynamic and analytical Marketing Insights Manager to join our team. As the Marketing Insights Manager, you will be responsible for interpreting data, extracting insights, and collaborating with data scientists to provide valuable analysis and showcase the annual performance of Ford Blue’s Marketing. You will work cross functionally with various Marketing & Data Analytics teams to identify trends, consumer behavior patterns, and overall marketing performance to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI.

The role demands not just an analytical mind but also the ability to translate complex findings into clear, strategic narratives, think ahead, plan for the future, and make decisions that align with long-term goals. Flexibility to adjust to changes and new challenges in the work environment. This will involve regular presentations to key decision-makers, driving informed strategic demand creation, and supporting seasonal and annual budget & strategy planning.

What you'll do...

Articulating Clear Insights and Trends for Actionable Results

  • Utilize data analytics tools to analyze and interpret the effectiveness of marketing campaigns (experience with MMM/MTA, brand health metrics, internal modeled data, ecomm revenue)

  • This role is for someone who is passionate about both numbers and narratives, capable of steering marketing strategies with data-informed insights.

  • Develop data-driven actions plan recommendations for marketing teams to implement to enhance marketing performance.

Data Driven Storytelling

  • Analytical Storytelling: Exceptional communication skills, turning complex data into compelling narratives that drive strategic decisions.

  • Understanding of MarTech/AdTech: Proficient in analytical dashboards and data visualization tools, with a keen sense of the digital landscape's impact on brand and marketing strategies.

Enhancing Results Through Communication and Collaboration

  • Ability to effectively communicate ideas, address issues, and provide feedback to others.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.

  • Leverage emotional intelligence to skillfully interpret and nurture relationships, empowering you to confidently navigate social interactions with empathy and understanding.

You'll have...

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or related field. Master's degree preferred.

  • 5+ years experience in relevant fields.

  • Strong collaboration and presentation skills.

  • Knowledge of Marketing Efficiency tools. MMM and MTA.
