The Model e Program Control Team is responsible for delivering electric vehicle programs on time, within budget, and with compliance to key regulatory requirements. The candidate selected for this role will be responsible to lead their cross functional team responsible for key sourcing deliverables (timing, cost, regulatory requirements, etc.) for their Model E program. This role offers high visibility and significant opportunities for growth and development.

In this position…

  • Drive on-time sourcing of for Model E programs.

  • Manage competitive cost delivery.

What you'll do...

  • Monitor and deliver USMCA compliance, EU7 regulations, and manage other key regulatory requests from a program perspective

  • Lead Supply Chain Program Reviews on weekly basis. Keep team on track to deliver organized agenda materials, meeting agendas, and integration of special topics into meetings as needed

  • Lead cross functional team reviews on weekly basis. Keep team on track to deliver organized agenda materials, meeting agendas, and integration of special topics into meetings as needed

  • Lead special requests (Desktop studies, localization studies, etc.) as needed from a program perspective.

  • Prioritize training and development by attending any key training sessions for Program Control

  • Build strong relationships within the various Supply Chain teams that Program Control interfaces with.

  • Build strong cross-functional relationships with Product Development, Finance, Planning, Cost Estimating, MP&L, and the various other organizations that Program Control regularly interfaces with

You'll have…

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • 5+ years of supply chain/commodity/program management experience

Even better, you may have…

  • Master’s Degree

  • 5+ years of supply chain/program/commodity management experience in the Automotive industry

  • Strong data & analytics understanding for synthesis of complex data into clear, understandable format.

  • Strong communicator that can effectively transition from bottom-up details to concise, clear executive-level messaging

  • Strategic and analytical thinking to develop effective and organized program reviews on weekly basis

  • Ability to build relationships and trust across organizations to drive decisions and alignment

  • Ability to interpret and translate organization needs into specific program actions and next steps

  • Strong knowledge across complex sourcing processes

  • Proactive and resourceful; comfortable with navigating ambiguity

  • Flexible and adaptable attitude to changing priorities

  • Collaborative leader and team player

This position is a range of salary grades 7-8.
