In this position...

Support the optimization of Ford's electric vehicle product portfolio through detailed market analysis, data interpretation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure market competitiveness and strategic alignment.

The Electric Vehicle Strategy Analyst will assist in the development and execution of Ford’s electric vehicle strategy, contributing to transformative change within the organization. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a strong analytical background who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

What you'll do...

  • Support the development of innovative electric vehicle strategies that align with Ford's vision and growth objectives.

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the electric vehicle ecosystem.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assist in the creation of agile product roadmaps for electric vehicles.

  • Participate in entrepreneurial initiatives such as pilot programs and strategic partnerships to drive EV adoption.

  • Assist in building and maintaining a network of stakeholders, including industry partners, government agencies, and community organizations.

  • Monitor and report on competitive dynamics and market trends to inform strategic adjustments.

You'll have...

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related field

  • 3-5 years of experience in a strategic, analytical, or similar role, preferably within the automotive or technology sectors.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with data analysis tools is a plus.

  • Willingness to travel domestically 1-2 times per month required.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.
