Ford Motor Company Sales Enablement Specialist in London, United Kingdom

We are seeking a highly motivated mid/junior level Sales Enablement Specialist to join our Global Ford Pro Intelligence and Charging Sales Enablement Team. The ideal candidate will have worked in a Sales Enablement team and would bring their experience to support the roll-out and implementation of the Sales Excellence program and help run our Sales Enablement programs so the sales team can achieve their revenue targets. This role will require a good understanding of the sales processes as well as a proficiency with data and communications.

  • Manage individual Sales Enablement programs and initiatives to support the global Ford Pro Intelligence and Charging sales teams.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tools, resources, and collateral to support the sales teams reach desired.

  • Communicate and publicize programs and initiatives, track their adoption, analyse results to provide suggestions to improve and report on these to stakeholders.

  • Work closely with product and tool subject matter experts to make sure our teams stay up to date

  • Support the implementation of Sales Enablement best practices and industry trends, providing guidance and recommendations to the team from previous experiences.

  • Support the continuous improvement of our programs, driving sales productivity and revenue growth.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or evidence of similar skills and experiences

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working in a Sales Enablement team.

  • Proven track record of delivering successful Sales Enablement programs with demonstrable impact

  • Experience with salesforce and with Mindtickle or other Sales Enablement software will be seen as a differentiator

  • Good understanding of the solutions sales process in a SaaS environment

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to effectively train and influence sales teams.

  • Structured worker, team-player, ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and collaborate with diverse teams across different geographies.
