Be responsible for Ford China cockpit system quality and UX improvement as well as quality data analytics.
Be the key owner of quality metrics NPS (Net Promotor Score), R/1000 (Repair per 1000) & CPU (Cost per Unit) of Ford China cockpit system commodity (IVI, Display, cluster etc.)
Be responsible for leading cockpit system field issue diagnostic, investigation, validation and resolving with best efficiency.
Be responsible for driving quality fix development and implementation from comprehensive perspective including software OTA, hardware running change and field service action.
Be responsible for data platform porting and tagging development of CDC (Central Domain Controller) cockpit system under Ford FNV Analytics architecture.
Be responsible for cockpit data analytics application to assess customer impact of critical issue and develop containment plan accordingly.
Be responsible for key feature (System performance, Navi, Voice, CarPlay etc.) UX improvement through multiple dimension including quality survey, hotline and dealership feedback.
Bachlor degree or above in Engineering.
5 year+ experience in EE quality, automotive software or data analytics field.
Fluent English (written and spoken).
Engineering mindset, critical thinking, teamwork spirit and hand-on capability.
Solid background in automotive quality or program management.
In-depth knowledge in vehicle IVI system architecture and features, comprehensive knowledge of automotive commodity development process especially IVI software/feature development process.
Rich experience in data analytics including data structure, tagging and statistics.
Familiar with EE manufacturing process, DV/PV, field diagnostics methods and quality tools.
6 Sigma black/green belt preferred.
