What you'll do...

  • Optimize Ford & Lincoln Protect Omni-Channel marketing strategy (direct mail, email, social media, Ford apps, etc.) to increase vehicle service contract sales in the post-vehicle sales channel.

  • Execute review of direct-to-consumer marketing materials to ensure creative message consistent during customers ownership cycle. Align creative for consistent message across verticals (direct mail, email, consumer connection+, US Ford and Lincoln Protect websites (including Owner sites), Ford Protect eCommerce site, Consumer Connection+, Tier 3 dealer websites, and online advertising.

  • Lead relationship with VMLY&R advertising partner, developing B2C media campaigns to grow vehicle service contract business through loyal and non-loyal Ford & Lincoln Protect dealers; develop engaging consumer marketing campaigns to re-engage consumers in the auto shopping mindset with targeted messaging.

  • Collaborate with the FCSD Marketing Team on the implementation of the 2024 Ford Protect media planning and positioning designed to build Ford & Lincoln Protect brand awareness in an aggressive and competitive digital market.

  • Partner with Integrated Services stakeholders to support Ford & Lincoln Protect’s subscription-based sales strategy and develop product offerings to increase contract sales opportunities outside the traditional F&I sales experience.

You'll have...

  • Bachelor or higher-level degree, preferably in Business or Marketing.

  • Knowledge and understanding of Ford & Lincoln Protect products, F&I selling processes and preferably with field and general office experience.In-depth understanding of marketing (B2C) and advertising strategies.

  • Strong project management experience.
