Ford Motor Company Integration analyst in Shanghai, China

Ford Automotive Finance Company’s (China), (FAFC) China Data, Insight, and Analytics (CDI&A) Credit Analytics organization is looking for motivated and talented individuals with a background in IT and Data analysis.

This is a dynamic and challenging opportunity to apply IT and Data skills to solve a variety of business problems at FAFC. As a member of the Credit Analytics team in CDI&A, the candidate will perform the development of business concepts, implementation, and integration of predictive models and strategies, testing, and productionalization.

  1. Analyze, implement, test, and productionalization predictive models and risk strategies using multiple platforms.

  2. Work with data sources on multiple platforms (PC, Linux, and Teradata).

  3. Work with Risk Management teams to conduct and support risk analyses; provide quick viable solutions under time constraint.

  4. Provide ad-hoc reporting, data analysis, and programming as requested by business partners.

  5. Support platform upgrades.

  6. Learn new software tools as necessary.

  7. Execute both descriptive and inferential analyses in a timely manner.

  8. Collaborate with business partners, Analytics, IT Teams, and Vendors to productionalize predictive models and Strategies.

  9. Proactively work to continuously improve the business analytics delivery process.

  10. Play dual-role of data and technology consultant.

Education Qualification

Bachelors in Computer Science/Data Science, and/or Masters required.

5+ years

Professional Exposure

(Technical Skills)

2-3 years of proficient programming experience, preferably in Python or other script language in both procedural and object-oriented paradigms.

Experience with RDBMS and data warehousing (Ex: Teradata, Oracle, DB2).

Experience in working with IT testing processes and environments.

Familiarity with Agile and PDO processes.

Preferred previous experiences

Experience using SAS, SQL, Python, SAS RDM, KBS

Experience supporting Data Scientist/Modeler work
