Ford Motor Company Program Implementation Manager BOSK in Marshall, Michigan

Key Roles and Responsibilities of Position

100% onsite position, multiple locations: Marshall, Michigan | Elizabethtown, Kentucky | Stanton, Tennessee.

In this position…

What you'll do…

•Drive schedule discipline and critical path escalation and establish priorities.

•Develop, validate, implement resource plan (Cross functionally) in support of program timing.

•Meet and control program budget.

•Support all Corporate and local safety initiatives.

•Ensure safety involvement in planning, implementation and launch.

•Support MTO planning and implementation.

•Support equipment run-off, installation, debugs plans.

•Support Tool Tryout, Process Prove out, PTR Builds.

•Lead, coach, and counsel all engineers and other program resources.

•Drive layout reviews and release level approvals.

•Support the Plant organization strategies required to achieve ROC and productivity objectives.

•Lead daily White board and End of day reviews and drive program governance including escalation

•Ensure proper "Manage the Change" process is in place and approves changes per delegation of Authority

•Directly manage the delivery of the onsite work of implementation of the plant process equipment per plan with general contractors to support program timing.

•Program control and delivery, including metrics tracking, cost, Funding, timing, issue resolution, and all other program issues.

•Resolve resource conflicts or inefficiencies between BME, BlueOvalSK, SK, Contractors and Operations teams.

You'll have...

•Bachelors Degree in Engineering

•Minimum 7-10 years in managing teams on major projects.

•Extensive project management experience

•Exemplary verbal and written communication skills

•Multiple new equipment installations

•Multiple new product / facility startups

•Strong manufacturing engineering experience

•Ability to think strategically and work with peer organizations and adjust work plans.

•Flexible work locations (travel as required on frequent basis), depending on business needs.

Even better, you may have...

7+ years of experience with the following functions:

•Approvals of plant layouts, changes, field request with funding source

•Authority to approve machines for shipment from vendor sites.

•Approvals to Hire balance resources with general contractors and with SK OEM’s

•Approvals to Authorize installation and commissioning of the equipment

•Approvals of process, equipment and tooling readiness through Protag process.

•Relationship / Work Experience with Joint Ventures is preferred.

This position is a leadership level 5.

This position is a range of salary grades LL5 .
