Lead team to develop and implement software solutions that integrate Carplay into vehicle infotainment systems. Monitor Carplay industry trends and technology trends, and understand the latest related technology and standards in order to update Ford knowledge and skills in a timely manner.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create intuitive and user-friendly navigation interfaces.
Work with engineering teams to ensure Carplay hardware and software compatibility and performance standards are met. Be able to conduct Carplay App performance optimization.
Implement real-time traffic and routing information to provide the most efficient and accurate guidance to drivers.
Stay current with advancements in Carplay technology and integrate these developments into product offerings.
Conduct user testing and field trials to gather data and feedback for continuous improvement.
Resolve technical issues related to Carplay operation and performance.
Partner with external data providers and service vendors to enhance Carplay content and features.
Ensure Carplay systems comply with automotive industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including system specifications, design guidelines, and user manuals.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Geoinformatics, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in IVI /Carplay system development, preferably in the automotive industry.
Experience with programming languages such as Java, and Python.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of automotive software development processes and standards.
