Ford Motor Company Digital Experience Design Manager in China

LincolnWay APP is Lincoln ‘s owner app and widely used by the customers.

This position manages Lincoin Way APP Feature plannings. governance and version release, and owns the

User interface & user experience design sequined by all features on Lincoin Way APP, ensure quality delivery

and delightful customer experience. It also manages 3D configurator and delivers 3D rendering of all new

vehicles and accessories on the key digital touchpoints i.e.LincoinWay App, Lincoin Mall on Wechat

miniapp, and 2.0 showroom.

  1. Develop Lincoln all digital touchpoints experience strategy & action plans.

  2. Lead mobile touchpoints user journey, UIUX design and closed-loop management of the delivery quality

  3. Own CSI of all digital touchpoints and drive closed-loop resolution to ensure Digital CX improvement and create best-in-class Digital CX

  4. Manage and review in-vehicle Digital CX product content

  5. Generate and drive the implementation of new Digital CX initiatives from perspectives of business growth, synergy, and user feedback, industry benchmarking, i.e. vehicle ownership report, driving report, etc.

  6. Co-Lead New programs 3D rendering and integration into digital touchpoints

  7. Support digital features GTM workstreams & continuous awareness promotion

  8. Ad-hoc assignments

Education Qualification

  • Bachelor or above

No. of Years of Experience

  • 7+ year experience in mobile app management & delivery, e-commerce operation & user operation experience is a plus
