Halo program application
Work with application vehicle program SPOC ,FSIM team and JV to track&report Halo progress and support Halo unit program leader to maintain application vehicle program health chart.
Lead the plan& coordinate engineering delivery of Halo application per GPDS requirement.
Build strong relationships with Halo unit program leader, functional leaders and business partners.
Engage with leaders and escalate risks and issues appropriately.
Ensure program Managment organized, transparent communication and information consitent with key stakeholders.
Support Halo program Governance and vehicle program governance.
Drive continuous improvement of processes, tools, communication efficiency.
Program management background is required.
Demonstrated problem solving capability.
Strong analytical, organizational, reporting skills and communication skills.
Engineering background is preferred.
PMP certification is preferred.
