Ford Motor Company Halo unit program specialist in China
To track and drive Halo unit program technical delivery and issue problem solving
Lead feature delivery and SW delivery of Halo unit program per GPDS requirement.
Facilitate technical discussion and brings cross functional teams together and collaboratively to create holistic, customer centric solutions, identify technical interdependencies
Own Halo unit program change management
Track technical topics status and drive outstanding technical issues to closure.
Own feature and SW health chart with TPM, Cyber, Fusa, SW quality and FSEs’ engagement.
Engage with leaders and escalate risks and issues appropriately.
Ensure SW complexity meets Halo unit program target.
Set up and maintain SW backlog management.
Drive continuous improvement of processes, tools, communication efficiency.
Bachelors Degree or above in computer science, Software engineering or equivalent.
Experience in managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
Demonstrated problem-solving capability.
Strong analytical, organizational, reporting skills and communication skills.
knowledge of the software development life cycle is preferred.
ACP certification or CSM is preferred.
