As Salesforce Senior Developer, you would be part of the engineering team, working closely with other technical staff members, business systems analyst and product owner who are responsible for adding new features or improving the current applications.
Quick learner, self-starter with the ability to work under pressure, meet aggressive deadlines and handle multiple projects/tasks simultaneously.

User Adoption Rate: Measure the percentage of users’ actively using the Salesforce platform and engaging with the analytics and reports provided.
Data Accuracy and Integrity: Monitor the quality and accuracy of data input and output within Salesforce to ensure reliable reporting and decision-making.
Process Efficiency Improvements: Track the identification and implementation of process enhancements within the Salesforce platform to streamline sales operations and increase productivity.
Report and Dashboard Effectiveness: Evaluate the creation and utilization of meaningful reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights and support informed decision-making for the sales team.
Training and Support: Measure the successful delivery of Salesforce training and support to sales team members to ensure their proficiency in using the platform for their sales activities.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Adoption : Monitor the integration and utilization of Salesforce CRM functionalities to enhance customer interactions and improve sales strategies.

7+ years of experience programming with Apex and Visualforce
Strong hands-on experience in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows
Experience with Salesforce integrations and API development
Extensive experience with HTML and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS)
5+ years of extensive experience implementing Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
Experience in design of complex Salesforce data model, security model, and sharing settings
Experience developing in an enterprise environment such as source code control, IDE, continuous deployment, release management (Perforce, Git, Eclipse, Jenkins)
Plan, design and enhance automation framework, utilities and tools is a plus.
Experience in Quality Engineering developing test framework using an OOP language, such as Apex, Java, C#, etc. and testing in web-based environment, SaaS preferred is a plus.
Document test plans and publish test results with the goal of continuous improvement in code quality, test coverage (functionality and code)
Ability to lead and influence the design approach to new applications and features.
Ability to lead, participate and contribute to product code reviews.
Diagnose, track and manage quality issues to resolution required.
Effectively communicate skill with all stakholder
Ability to mentor and develop junior team members.
Participate in product and feature design with technical staff members, business systems analyst and product managers & influence the outcomes
Masters degree - ideally in Computer Science, Engineering or MIS
Minimum Salesforce certified:
Salesforce Administrator (Mandatory)
Salesforce Platform App Builder (Optional)
Salesforce Platform Developer I (Mandatory)
Salesforce Platform Developer II (Mandatory)
Salesforce Application Architect (Optional)
10+ years of Experience developing with Force.com ( Visualforce & Apex Code) and Java
Experience developing on the Salesforce.com platform & API’s
Enterprise system integration background w/ Web Services
Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodology
Experience with Selenium automation is preferable
Understanding of various user based security models
Excellent cross-group communication and problem solving skills
Additional Certification like Salesforce Application architects are desired
Familiarity with Mulesoft, Tableau, Jitterbit, AWS, and Splunk is a plus
