The Role

Regional SME on Wholesale and Inventory Requirements for Dealers, as well as key partner across Sales, Service & CX local team and Zone Managers per region.

Your Impact:

• Interface with Retail Group Management, Dealer Principals, General Managers, and outside legal counsel

• Deep analysis of performance documents (i.e., Dealer Profiles, Financial Statements, 5 Year Trends, Sales Effectiveness Analysis, etc.) and team guidance on related tasks

• Management of P&D team, tasks and activities

• Coordination of Parts Sales, Service & CX local teams

• Wholesale Balancing

• Vehicle Tracking Leads

• Contest & Incentive/Price Protection Programs

• Diversions/Rebills

• Supplemental Allocation

• Exception Requests

• Reallocation

What You'll Need:

Experience, Background & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Finance, or other Business

• Multiple years of experience in Marketing, Sales & Service related jobs

• Field dealer contact expertise preferred

• Understanding of the dealer dynamic and ability to gain dealer trust

• Knowledge of dealership operations and dealership financial statements/sales and profit forecasts

• Prior FCSD experience a plus but not required Competencies & Skills

• Proven English proficiency, and solid verbal and written communication

• Strong interpersonal / leadership / organizational skills and competencies

• Ability to lead work with accuracy under pressures of time and workload

• Ability to manage deadlines and timelines with multiple inputs and complexities

• Foster extraordinary teamwork, collaborative skills and demonstrated behaviors

• Customer service mindset

• Experience in the Microsoft Office suite
