Site STA responsibilities
Serve as single point of contact for assigned supplier sites, accountable for site performance for new product launch and ongoing part quality.
Provide technical support to aid in improving quality systems and lead all quality concern resolution for suppliers and Ford plant.
Support to the supplier to be certified (ISO, IATF, Q1 ) for a better performance. Ensure all their documentation APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) / PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) and review that they match as each other.
Drive Supplier Process capacity actions execution, Capacity issues resolution, capability verification & risk mitigation working Supplier leadership teams.
Drives engagement of Top Poor Performing Suppliers and Quality performance improvement.
Drives Flawless launches globally, by ensuring external suppliers are robustly prepared to support new programs through effective deployment of APQP / PPAP disciplines.
Escalates capability shortfalls and supports cross-functional mitigation activities.
Be the single point of contact for Suppliers and other FordĀ“s skill teams
Providing supporting to supply Chain team & Product development team ( PD)
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
Experience as Quality Eng. / Manufacturing Eng. / Costumer Service Eng / APQP
Problem-solving knowledge
Manufacturing Process Standards compliance and validation of implementation
